Secure login on any phone
Workers log in with their credentials on any device. Access is controlled by plant and user role no shared accounts, no unauthorised entry.

Scan the 2D barcode to assign a unique ID
Each fish or box receives a unique QR code. The app prevents duplicate entries once scanned, a code cannot be entered on the system again.

Enter catch data via drop-down screens
Species, grade, weight and supplier are selected from structured drop-downs reducing errors and keeping entry fast even for high-volume landings.

GPS captured automatically
Location data is pulled from the device without any manual input. Every catch record carries a verified position with no opportunity for manual override.

Data available on the portal instantly
Stock reports are live as soon as data is submitted. Managers and executives see real-time inventory without waiting for end-of-day summaries.

Scan individual catches
The driver or landing staff scans the unique QR on each catch being collected. Each item is validated against the system in real time.

Assign a Group QR code
All scanned items are linked to a single Group QR. The system records who created the group and the exact timestamp full auditability from the start.

Transport to plant
The driver carries the Group QR. No re-scanning of individual items is needed during transit one code represents the entire load.

GPS captured automatically
Location data is pulled from the device without any manual input. Every catch record carries a verified position with no opportunity for manual override.

Intake verification at plant
Plant staff scan the Group QR at intake. All linked catches are retrieved instantly for verification, weight reconciliation and processing assignment.

Compliance documentation is not a separate task in Fishrr. Captain statements, permits, landing records and SIMP data are gathered as part of day-to-day operations structured and exportable on demand.

Captain statements and vessel registration

Digital captain declarations are linked to each trip at offloading. Vessel registration, licence numbers and expiry dates are tracked per vessel and flagged before they lapse.

FAO zone and official landing records

Every catch is linked to its declared FAO fishing zone and official landing document (HPK / STBLKK / LVHTKI). Total landed KGs per vessel and per trip are always auditable.

NOAA SIMP Form 370 structure

Received weight, process weight, finished weight, case count all captured in the SIMP-compliant structure and ready for export without manual assembly.
